Accepted Papers Submission Information
Papers that have been accepted for publication and presentation at the NEDSI 2012 Conference need to be submitted in PDF format to the Conference Management website by January 26th, 2012 (midnight, Eastern Standard Time).
The document INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING PROCEEDINGS gives detailed information on how to format the paper for the proceedings. The proceedings are distributed in electronic form, on CD-ROM, yet submissions should nevertheless comply with these formatting guidelines.
At least one author of the paper or proposal must pay his or her registration fee in order to submit to the Proceeding. All authors of a paper attending the conference must be registered. Use the Registration link in the left menu for information regarding the fee payment. Payment is accepted in US Dollars. Note: If the submitter intends to pay by check, it may take as long as one week after receipt of the check by the Program Chair before the conference database is updated to show that payment has been made, thereby allowing the Proceedings submission upload.
Sessions involving practitioners will be given special consideration. Submissions will be blind refereed and accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. By submitting a manuscript, the author/s certifies that it is not copyrighted or previously published, and has not been presented or accepted for presentation at another professional meeting.
